Hi everyone it’s Sarah Kennedy at North Atlanta plastic surgery and I’m going to talk with you about mastopexy which is also known as a breast lift so breast lift is a very common procedure that’s done for women who have sagging or Tois of their breasts this is very common in our mom population as well as in our weight loss population with a mastex SE we have a couple goals one is to reposition the breast tissue so that it’s higher on the chest wall two we like to repos position the breast tissue so that it’s a rounder and more youthful look and three we want to reposition the nipple so that it’s centered on the breast mount in addition to a simple breast lift there are also some other additional procedures that I can chat with you about for women who desire more fullness in their upper pole we can talk about adding an implant for women who have a decent amount of breast tissue we can talk about an auto augmentation which helps reposition the patients own breast tissue to give more projection to their breasts and lastly we can also talk about fat grafting where do lipos section to take fat from one area to then put in your breasts together we’ll work on developing a plan that works best for you with a combination of any of the procedures that I talked about today I look forward to meeting you and talking more about a breast lift
