Lovenox - Dr. Amy Alderman

Hi I’m Amy alderman and I’m a board certified plastic surgeon in Atlanta I just want to demonstrate try you can use lovenox it’s a really simple injection to use if you take an alcohol swab and you just clean the area that you’re going to inject either the abdomen or the upper thighs that get place you want it area but it’s got little bit of subcutaneous tissue you peel back the little container and it’s got a little cap you just pull that off and then you’ve got it can you see the needle so you find the area that you’re going to eject you just stick it straight in inject that’s it that’s as easy as it is so lovenox it’s giving it once every 24 hours I will let you know when to start the lovenox you’ll give it then every 24 hours after that I’ll let you know for how many days to give that medication
